I went to Tony & Guy hoping to find someone who can cut my hair just as I wanted it done. I was greeted politely by the member of staff and offered me a drink. Took my coat and was asked to sit down. Serena was the one who did my hair cut and honestly I was gob smucked!!! My hair look amazing!!! You would have thought that my hair looked like one that just came out of a magazine!!! She did a very good job. She talked me through it start to finish, I cannot recommend her enough! I have been in this country over 23 years and have been to many salon in the UK but by far Serena is the best. The girl who washed mu hair also did a good job massaging my head. The whole experience is amazing. I finally found myslef a hair salon that knows how to deal with the type of hair I have. 😊. Thank you Serena keep up the good job hun and will see you again soon xx

I was very nervous about going as this was my first visit to a salon for about 20yrs! So they had their work cut out as I also had not much idea what would suit me. What an amazing experience, from consultation to blow dry I can honestly say I felt like a vip. I was advised what colour and cut would suit me best with several options on the colour. My extra special thanks to Serena for her expert colouring skills and to Ian for his wonderful cut and making me feel “ I was worth it” I can’t thank them enough it was very much needed. The whole experience was so much more than just a salon visit I need not have been so nervous at all. My heart felt gratitude to the salon for making me feel so fabulous from beginning to end.

I had my hair cut by Yasmin today at Toni & Guy, and I honestly can’t recommend her enough. From the moment I sat in the chair she completely understood the vision, the vibe, and exactly what would work for me. The cut is flawless, modern, and has left me feeling a million times better and so much more confident. Huge shoutout as well to George, who gave me the most incredible shampoo and shiatsu massage, genuinely one of the most relaxing I’ve ever had. I left that chair feeling totally calm, reset, and blissed out. The whole salon has such a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere, and the experience from start to finish felt uplifting and indulgent. Exceptional talent, beautiful energy, and absolute professionals all round. I walked out feeling like the best version of myself.

I hadn’t had my hair cut in a while and felt a little anxious. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The whole salon had a very pleasant vibe and I was put at ease very quickly. Yasmin was brilliant, taking in what I was trying to explain and ensuring we were on the same page. She did a fantastic job and I was really made up with the results. I loved it all from greeting to consultation, hair wash, cut and finish.
